The Croco team is great! We were referred from our family dentist for our son’s braces. The team is very kind and they are completely transparent with the costs and expectations for our son. We feel we have a great partner as we go down this path to ensure a successful outcome! Thanks team Croco!!Updating our review after my son completed his 2year treatment plan. If I could give more than 5 starts I would. The Croco team was great every step of the way; giving comprehensive information from the beginning, giving reinforcements along the way and preparing my son for the continued commitment post braces for continued oral health. They delivered 100% with what they promised us! We always feel comfortable asking questions and trust in the guidance they provide. We will definitely be back for our daughter when that time comes. These guys were Amazing; with my mom being a former dental hygienist we got a professional discount and it was more of a discount than expected. Not only that, but they were so kind and focused on comfort alongside the proper fitting of braces, retainers, lingual bar, etc.They were so flexible with scheduling as well, and even after 9 years and needing a retainer replaced, they still remembered me and greeted me at the door. Said retainer scan took no time at all, and I was in and out.All in all- if you need braces or retainers or anything of the like, come here. They will happily work with you to get to where you want to be with your smile, and you won’t break the bank or take a century to get there. My brother and sister went somewhere else for their braces; I have to say I got the MUCH better experience. This place is amazing.

I've been out of braces for 30 years and had my lower retainer wire break while on vacation. The staff was able to get me in shortly after I returned home. They fashioned a new retainer device in lieu of rebonding the old wire. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I am very happy with the result. I went to Croco Orthodontics for clear aligners more than three years ago. When I phoned today to say that I’d broken my retainer, they scheduled a visit the same morning. I walked out of the office in under 30 minutes with a brand new retainer. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We are so happy to have found Croco Orthodontics. We travel to the Mt Pleasent office and the Coralville office whichever place fits our schedule for the day. The staff is always happy and friendly and very helpful. My kids are always excited to go. We had an appointment later in the day and when we arrived an hour or so early they got us right in. Matt and the whole Croco staff is outstanding. I got my braces in 2019 and spent the next year with them. When I broke my retainer in the height of Covid 2020 and couldn't get in and my teeth shifted they were quick to assist and get me back on track. When visiting again this year I had a new addition to the family and the whole staff remembered me and my newborn I had in 2020. They treated me like family and it was so homey. You maybe visiting an orthodontics office but you become family. I recommend them to everyone.

He is efficient yet thorough and takes the time for you to understand your care and the process of taking on braces. His office staff is great and the assistants he has in his office go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We could not have asked for a better experience. My children had very crooked teeth, overbites, and teeth that refused to grow in. There was no rushing through the process to get their teeth and overbites corrected. My son had two surgeries, which caused more work and time for Dr. Croco, but he never acted inconvenienced by this. The staff is always pleasant. I would only recommend Croco Orthodontics if anyone asked.
